Host: What is a good strategy for the writing questions that are multiple choice?

Laura Rheinauer: In addition to the essay, you will also encounter come multiple choice questions that are within the writing section. They are - identifying sentence errors, improving sentences and improving paragraphs. These are testing your knowledge of proper grammar and standard written English. The first one is identifying sentence error. You will be presented with several sentences that test your ability to recognize grammar and use it here. Each sentence contains either a single error or no error at all. No sentence has more than one error. The error, if there is one, is going to be underlined and lettered A,B, C or D. If there isn't an error, it's always going to be E for no error. What I suggest you do is read the sentence quickly and carefully, paying close attention to the underlined phrases, the other, him, immediately, drafted by. Pretty soon you will get the hang of it and you will be able to say, "Oh, that doesn't sound quite right.

" The other delegates and a him, no, I know that the right grammar usage is other delegates and he. As you can see, the answer is B and it's already filled for in for us here. Here we are presented with a sentence that asks us to correct the underlined portion or keep it as it is because it's fine. These sentences test your knowledge of correct and proper grammar and standard written English. My tip to you is go ahead and read the sentence quickly and efficiently paying close attention to the underlined portion. Now we already know that A is always going to be the exact same sentence, so no need to re-read it. Instead, what you are going to want to do individuals read the sentence and insert the other options in place of what was underlined and looking for the most grammatically correct one. As you can see here, the answer is B and it's already filled in for us. Your sentence should result in the most effective sentence, clear, precise, without awkwardness or ambiguity.
