Dava Money: My name is Dava Money and I am the Director of Creative Healing Institute in Fairfax, Virginia. Today, we will be looking at stress, what it is, where it comes from and how to handle it? We will be looking at the role of the body, the mind, and the breath in dealing with stress. We will be looking at the role of exercise and meditation and the role of spiritual belief system. We will also be exploring how helpful a family and pets can be in reducing stress. First, let me tell you a little bit about my background. I have a B.

A. in Psychology and a Masters in Counseling and Development. I have been working with people on the healing arts since 1987, first as a psychotherapist then as a coach then as a spiritual teacher.
