Host: Where does stress come from?

Dava Money: Stress comes from the inability to adjust to something that has changed. It comes from resisting change. We know that we expect stress when there is a loss of a loved one, but we also experience a lot of stress with good events like the birth of a baby or planning and having a wedding. So again, stress comes from our resistance to change; change that's coming from the outside or even internal change that we resisting looking at.
