Host: What life events cause stress?

Dava Money: So we want to know what life events cause stress and any of them can especially if they are unexpected or we don't like the results that are coming with the change. It could be anything from losing a job to having difficulty with finances, to having an emotional struggle with someone and again, a major part of how well we handle the stress is our perception of it. So for going through a breakup and we know that, that's a transition period, we will do fine. If we are going through a breakup and we believe that person is the only person in the world for us, we are going to stay stuck in our stress.
