Host: What is meditation?

Dava Money: Meditation is a mind, body exercise that has been practiced for over 5000 years. It can be done in simple form or in quite complex manner. It can be done sitting, lying, standing or walking. It is something that slows down the body, slows down the mind and allows you to experience more contemplation. It also increases your intuition and awareness.
