Host: What kinds of exercise are best for reducing stress?

Dava Money: Certain exercises are particularly good for reducing stress. Any of those with repetitive moments such as jogging or swimming or Tai chi, anything that is like a moving meditation is particularly used for reducing stress. You want to pick exercises that you are drawn to that you like to do that are easy for you to get involved in and mix them up a bit so that you do not become bored. That will reduce your stress level.
