Host: What if you have an injury or for some reason cannot exercise?

Dava Money: If you develop an injury or for some reason cannot exercise, it's very difficult on the system to just stop. You may actually experience some withdrawal symptoms of anxiety and irritability, depression etcetera. So if you have an injury, talk to your physician about what kind of exercise you could do instead of the one you have generally been doing. Often times swimming is something that can be done with a number of injuries. So again check with your practitioner.
