What is wrong with my normal breathing?
Host: What is wrong with my normal breathing?
Dava Money: Your normal breathing is not serving you totally well. In this busy life, we have a tendency to breath more shallowly than we need to and we have a tendency to actually hold our breath. If we are under stress or we are learning something new, we will often hold our breath and therefore, we are not getting that level of oxygen for an optimal function of our body.
