Dava Money: Successfully resolving stress impacts our well-being in a number of ways. First of all, we are going to have stress; it's inevitable and as I said before, certain amount of it actually help us to function at a higher level. Each and every time that we encounter stress and resolve it successfully, we build our level of confidence in ourselves, our level of competence and we begin to trust ourselves to navigate through this complex world better.
