Hi, I am Franklin Taggart. I am a guitar player and a guitar teacher and I would like to show how to play a D chord on the guitar. Your first finger plays the second fret of the third string. Your second finger, your middle finger plays the second fret of the string and your ring finger plays the third fret of the second string and then you strum the bottom four strings, and thats how to play a D chord.
