Hello, my name is Gene Sanders, Im a professional certified trainer, and right now Im going to take you through a triceps routine. Triceps are the muscles located in the back of your arm. The first one were going to do is a dip. Were going to modify it. So, what youre going to do is sit on top of your ball, then slide off of it. Place your hands on the ball and sit up with your butt hanging off. Try to stay nice and close to the ball, and from here youre going to just dip down and then push yourself back up again. Dip your butt nice and low to the floor and then push yourself back up again while holding onto the ball. Im going to demonstrate from the side. As you can see my knees are bent at 90. Try to keep your back straight, butt nice and close to the ball, dip down and back up again, just like that. If you want to make this exercise harder, strain your legs.
