How to Make Blue Chips Cheese Bread

Ingredients

1 baguette
Mozzarella cheese
Provolone cheese
Blue cheese
Garlic
Butter
15 tiger prawns

Instructions

1. Peel and devein the tiger prawns. Add butter and garlic to a saute pan on medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and season with salt. Saute for 8-12 minutes.


2. Slice the baguette and spread butter on the bread slices. Place the bread on a baking sheet. Add garlic to the slices of bread. Put blue cheese on the bread and then add the prawns. Sprinkle mozzarella on top or place slices of provolone cheese on top. Season with cracked pepper.


3. Place the baking pan in the oven and cook the bread slices for 10-15 minutes at 425 degrees. Plate and serve.
