Frozen dessert expert Marsha Keshani demonstrates how to make a chocolate malt.
Transcripts
Marsha Keshani: Hi, I am Marsha from Max Best Homemade Ice-cream in Washington D.C. I am now going to show you how to make a Chocolate Malt. We use four ounces of homemade Chocolate Ice-cream as well as we will be putting some malt in it, we use two heaping teaspoons full. The amount we will add 3-4 ounces of milk. We blend this the same as you do to the other ones for about 25 seconds. As I said I am using a commercial blender but this can also be blended in your home blender. Here again we will also top it with our fresh homemade whipped cream.
Next well be showing you how to make a Root Beer Float.
