Making a Root Beer Float
Frozen dessert expert Marsha Keshani demonstrates how to make a root beer float.
Transcripts
Marsha Keshani: Hi, I am Marsha from Max's Best Ice-cream in Washington D.C. I am going to show you how to make the original Root Beer Float.
We use regular Root Beer, pour it up to about half full. You dont want to use the whole bottle because Root Beer has a tendency to foam up a lot and you are just going to spill it all over and make a mess. So now you fill with two good scoops of your favorite French vanilla ice-cream. This is going to make the perfect Root Beer flow. You can give them the bottle or use your bottle and just add a little bit to it.
Next we will be making a Sorbet Freeze.
