Making a Fresh Fruit Shake
Frozen dessert expert Marsha Keshani demonstrates how to make a fresh fruit shake.
Transcripts
Marsha Keshani: Hi, I am Marsha from Max Best Ice-cream in Washington D.C. Now we are making a Fresh Fruit Shake. We have combined three scoops of mango ice cream which we make here on the premises. To kick it up a little bit we are going to add a little bit of banana, a little bit of pineapple and fresh strawberries. These are all fresh fruits that will be blended into this drink. We will be blending this 25 to 30 seconds.
Any flavor of ice cream can be used to this also. We just like the fresh mango being used in this, because we are using all the tropical fruits. Of course top this all with a little piece of fruit. And that's how you make milkshakes, malts and freezes.
