With 6+ years of teaching and tutoring experience, Amanda is well-versed in the content and skills necessary for success in today’s competitive school environment. She specializes in all levels of math, gifted enrichment, and standardized test prep (including SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT, and PRAXIS). 

Amanda holds a B.S. in Psychology and a Master’s of Teaching. She is licensed to teach PK-6 in the state of Virginia and was named a Meritorious New Teacher Candidate in 2006. She has been a member of the National Tutoring Association for two years. Because being involved in the community and local school systems is high priority for her, Amanda also serves on both the Education and the Young Professionals Committees at the Prince William County/Greater Manassas Chamber of Commerce.

Her students enjoy her ability to relate to them and break down difficult concepts in a way that can be understood. Parents rely on her opinions and guidance to help them make informed decisions to promote academic success for their children.
