Host: What happens after I hire the florist?

Gerry Rogers: So you have met with the florist, you have a proposal, you liked the designed plan that's outlined and you put down your deposit. What happens next? Well to some degree you should take a deep breath and relax. Depending on how far out you are from your wedding, nothing need happen immediately. As you get closer to your wedding date, your florist will generally be in touch with you and gather any changes that you have had, adjustments to your table numbers. But during that time period if you have any questions that arise I wouldn't hesitate to ask your florist. If your color scheme changes, you should definitely let them know right away because you might have to readjust your proposal and depending on what those changes are there maybe some changes in cost.
