Hi, my name is Sonia Kalian with Monkey Business jewelry design, I am going to show you now, how to take those pair of earrings that you made and kick it up a notch. We are going to make some dangly earrings, really cute and sexy, so here we go. First thing you are going to want to do is, get your lever backs and open up that door we talked about. Then go to your local bead shop and get some sterling silver chain. Attach the chain to that door, then you are going to close that door. So what Ive got here is a pair of lever back earrings on some sterling silver chain. Cut the chain with your pliers, exactly where you want your earrings to fall. How does that sound?

Okay, go ahead and lay that out on your mat, and if you remember what we did, we slid our stone on to our headpin and we created our design. Flat nose pliers, bend it at a right angle, make your loop, once you have made your loop, dont twist yet, you are going to open up that loop and you are going to slide this in your chain, at the point where you want it to land. I am going to put mine on the bottom, then you close your loop, grab on to it with your flat nose and then start twisting. Keep twisting, do the twist baby! Go ahead and cut with your pliers, create it up with your crimps, create it up with your crimp tool and there you have it, sexy pair of drop earrings. How you can embellish this some more is, is to add some more drops at various places of your chain, you can put some here, here and it doesnt have to be the same pattern. You can put pearls, more crystals, or any other colored stone you want, it's yours, its your creativity, do what you want.
