Jay Stewart: Hi, I am Jay Stewart with Auntie Anne's soft pretzels. I am here showing you how to make the soft pretzels at home. Now that our pretzels have been properly baked to the golden brown color, I am going to show you how to put the finishing touches on your pretzels. I have a quarter cup of melted butter along with the cinnamon sugar. I am going to take an unsalted pretzel, completely submerge it, face down in the melted butter, give it a couple of good shakes, let the excess butter run back into your bowl and then I am going to put it face down in our cinnamon sugar. This is where it gets a lot of fun. Just go ahead and give that a couple of really good shakes and viola, cinnamon sugar pretzel. Now take a salted pretzel, lightly dip the face only of the pretzel give it a couple of good shakes, let the excess butter run off back into your bowl, cinnamon sugar completely submerged, also a nice tip, at home you can use a pastry brush and brush the butter on if that makes it easier for you. Face down in the cinnamon sugar, couple of good shakes, nice serving tray, your salted pretzel, only the face, let the excess run in and there you have soft pretzels in the comfort of your own home.
