Amelia Robinette: Possibly. There are several factors that go into your ability to refinance or not. You need to contact a trusted mortgage professional to assess your options. You maybe able to lengthen the term of your mortgage, possibly go to an interest only program to reduce temporarily your payments, but a mortgage professional will be able to answer those questions for you.
