Amelia Robinette: I am Amelia Robinette, a mortgage planner with United Mortgage Corporation. Now we are going to talk about how to work with your lender to avoid foreclosure. Host: What if I have done everything to reduce expenses and still can't make the payment?

Amelia Robinette: You should contact your lender immediately and ask for their Loss Mitigation Department. Do not avoid or ignore any correspondence from your lender. Phone calls, letters, whatever you receive, stay in touch and communicate with your lender.
