Amelia Robinette: Never sign away ownership to your property without a Housing Counselor present, a real estate lawyer. Signing your property to people who acclaim that they are going to make your payment is a very common foreclosure scam. Do not sign anything. Especially, anything that has the word 'Deed' or 'Title' on it.
