Host: How much can I increase my score for the GMAT?

Jeff Glazer: Generally speaking there is not a specific limit to how much you can increase your score. On average most people who take the GMAT more than once only actually improve their score 20 to 30 points tops. However usually that is because they dont actually do anything different between test administrations. People who really study hard from one test to the next can improve their score significantly. I have see people go up well over 200 points of improvement from when they started their studies to when they actually took the real GMAT exam.
