Davide Megna: Hello, I am Davide Megna from Amici Miei Ristorante in Rockville Maryland. I am showing you how to make Lasagna today and right now I am going to show you how to put together a Lasagna after we have cooked all the sauces and the pasta. We're going to get a Pyrex. Start with putting some Bolognese sauce at the bottom and then we are going to start layer our pasta. We are going to add some Bchamel sauce and some Bolognese. I am going to spread it all on top of the pasta and we're going to sprinkle with some grated Parmesan cheese, then I will make one more layer of pasta. Again we're going to add some Bchamel and some Bolognese sauce, sprinkle some more cheese, again one more layer of pasta. We can just break our pasta by hand in order to fit our Pyrex. One more spoon of Bchamel and Bolognese to cover entire pasta sheet. I am going to sprinkle some more Parmesan and we are going to do one last layer of pasta. Okay, one last sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and that's how you put together a Lasagna and right now I am going to put it in the oven at about 400 degrees for about 25 minutes, that's how you prepare your Lasagna.
