Host: What is considered underweight?

Taras Raggio: There are number ways to measure an underweight person. One of the ways to access if you are underweight is to use a Body Mass Index or BMI for short, BMI measures the persons weight to their height and a BMI can tell if its proportional; a person who is underweight should have a BMI of no less than 18.
