Host: How many meals should an underweight person eat per day?

Taras Raggio: A person who is underweight should eat at least three meals a day plus two additional snacks. A person who is underweight has to eat consistently and consume more than the average person. A person who is underweight should also never skip meals because skipping meals means that you missed out important nutrients and vitamins and minerals, the more calories you consume the more you are, you are going to become closer to your goals. So, a good rule found is like for example a person may have two servings at a meal, your goal would -- an underweight person should have at least three to four servings or even more at a meal per day.
