Taras Raggio: The recommended fat intake provides the essential fatty acids needed for healthy body consumption. There are two primary sources of essential fatty acids; they are either Omega-3 fatty acids essential fatty acids or Omega-6 essential fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids those are the polyunsaturated fats, they come from food such as tuna, mackerel and salmon. Omega-3 on other hand comes from food such as nuts and whole grains. Another fat thats also good for you is monounsaturated and you can get the mono-unsaturated fat from food such as olive oil and avocados.
