Taras Raggio: Steps for developing and maintaining a behavior change program includes making a commitment to change and putting a plan into action. So, for step one you want to target your behavior, you want to journal your thoughts and feelings and your comments i.

e. are you making excuse every time its time to do physical activity. Step two would be to analyze your journal, identify your behavior patterns; what is it about that part of the day that makes you not want to go out and exercise or eat healthily. Step three would be to devise a strategy, devising a strategy means incorporating those around you with a positive outlook. Step four would be to make a commitment to change and then put that plan into action.
