Currently attending Culinary Arts School and working full time as a Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment focusing on Regional Italian Cuisine. I've spent the past summer studying and working in Florence, Italy. My style of food preparation is based on the methods of contemporary Italian cuisine, but I love the refinement of classical French cuisine and the staples of great at home cooking.
Channel Description
To inspire others is the most rewarding aspect of my career. I do this best through teaching not just preparing food for other to eat. I spend most of my hours in a commercial kitchen, which leaves me little time to "inspire". To satisfy my yearning I've determined the best way to teach is through the internet as a medium. I film, edit, post videos and work on my website during odd hours, which seems to be working out so far. My ultimate goal is to build a business whose fundamental objective is to inspire others in the kitchen.
