Hi! My name is Cliff Wharton, I'm a chef at TenPenh Restaurant and I have just shown you how to assemble the chicken with ingredients for the chicken adobo. Well, what I like to do is I had the chicken adobo marinate for with all the ingredients maybe one or two hours, if you want to do it overnight it will be fine. But once you do that, we want to bring it to a boil and then let it simmer for about an hour and half; I already have one done here for you. We have brought it to a boil and let it simmer. Pretty much the chicken is done and pretty much when meat has fallen off the bone and the flavor and the smell you get from that is just wonderful. What we would like to do is this, you can just take the chicken, plate it, some nice pieces here just like that and you take a little bit of juice. You might want to reduce some of this liquid a little bit more use your nice sauce. Use these slice of bananas and serve it with this and that would be your chicken adobo.
