Tuna Recipes - Soy Ginger Sauce
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of minced ginger1 tablespoon of minced garlic
2 teaspoons of crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
1 cup of rice wine vinegar
1 1/2 cups of soy sauce
Instructions
Mince the ginger and the garlic. Add them to the crushed red pepper, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and soy sauce. Blend them together and leave out at room temperature for a day.
