Tuna Recipes - Tuna Burgers

Ingredients

6 ounces of diced tuna
1 teaspoon of ginger
1 teaspoon of chives
Salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/8 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of roasted garlic and red bell pepper spice
1 ounce of olive oil

Instructions

1. Dice the tuna into quarter inch pieces. Add ginger, chives, salt, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil and the spice to the tuna and mix.


2. Place the mold on a sheet of wax paper and place the tuna burger mixture in the mold. Take it out of the mold and place it in the freezer for half an hour.


3. Saute the tuna burgers in a pan with olive oil for 30 seconds on each side.


4. Plate and serve with buns, cucumber, tomatoes and Thai sauce.
