Filet Mignon - Foie Gras Selection and Preparation

Ingredients

2-3 ounces of Foie Gras
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the pan and place the foie gras on it for 2-3 seconds max and then place it on top of the filet mignon.
