How to Grill Burgers, Hot Dogs and Steaks

Ingredients

80/20 Hamburger meat
Salt
Paprika
Cumin

 

Instructions

1. Create seasoned salt by adding paprika and cumin. Add the seasoned salt to the hamburger meat and mix well.


2. Create hamburger patties about the size of a baseball. Press down the centers a little and place them on the grill at 400-500 degrees. After 5 minutes, flip them.


3. Grill the burgers for 8 minutes and place them in buns. Plate and serve.
