Thanksgiving Dinner - How to Make Gravy

Ingredients

Drippings from the turkey
1/2 a part of chicken stock
3 tablespoons of cornstarch and water mixture

Instructions

1. Pull the turkey out of the oven and collect the dripping from the turkey. Strain the drippings, skim the fat off the top and then place them in a pot.


2. Add chicken stock to the drippings and bring the mixture to a boil. Skim any fat from the top. Combine the cornstarch and water and add it to the gravy.


3. Let the mixture come to a boil again. Remove and serve with the turkey.
