Holiday Party Appetizers - Boursin Bruschetta

Ingredients

Olive oil
1 baguette
Boursin cheese
Sun dried tomatoes
Toasted pine nuts

Instructions

1. Brush a little olive oil on the baguette and place it on a cookie sheet. Toast it in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut the baguette into slices.

2. Spread boursin cheese on each baguette slice. Place the sun dried tomatoes on next and top the bruschetta off with toasted pine nuts. Plate and serve.
