Serving Wine and Strawberry Dessert
Ingredients
Strawberries3-4 tablespoons of sugar
6 egg yolks
1/4 cup of Marsala wine
Instructions
1. In a bowl, add the egg yolks, sugar and marsala wine together. Slowly over an open flame, whip the ingredients up to form a sauce.
2. Pour the sauce over the strawberries and serve with whip cream on top.
