Root Vegetables - How to Prepare Greens With Beet Tops

Ingredients

Greens
1 onion
Olive oil
Garlic
Beet tops

Instructions

1. Place olive oil in a warm pan and then add chopped onions. Add the garlic for a minute or so and then add the stems of the beets. Let them cook for 10 -15 minutes.


2. Add the greens, place the lid on the pan and then cook them for 2-3 minutes.


3. Plate and serve the greens and beet tops.
