Mango Salsa - Mixing All the Ingredients
Ingredients
1/2 cup of Mirin wine-based vinegar2-3 tablespoons of Rice wine vinegar
Diced red onions
1/2 of a mango
1 medium-sized tomato
Red, orange and green diced bell peppers
Parsley
Cilantro
Chives
Fresh basil leaves
Fresh mint
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
1. Dice the mango into small pieces and chop up the herbs. Dice up the tomato, onions and bell peppers.
2. Pour the Mirin on the chopped herbs. Add the rice vinegar, diced mango, tomatoes, onions and bell peppers. Mix it all together.
3. Let it refrigerate overnight. Before serving, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
