Tracee Yablon-Brenner: Hi! I am Tracee with Nutrition is Healing. Im going to show you how to make Hoisin Turkey Burgers and prepare them into patties. We take about quarter of a cup or just a nice-sized portion in your hand and dip them into black sesame seeds which are highly nutritious; another way to get seeds into your diet - and add them to the preheated grill pan on your stove. Here we go with another burger; you going to have the pan on medium heat and its sprayed lightly with some grape seed oil, and then you want to really be careful to make sure that the pan doesnt have any grease left in it and drain the burgers well.

Now I am going to flip the Turkey Burger. They smell delicious. And the black sesame seeds are really nutty and flavorful and look great. Hey, another five minutes and Ill flip them again. Now the burgers have been cooking for ten minutes; we flipped them once, they smell delicious. I cant wait to try them; going to stick the meat thermometer in and make sure it registers to 165 degrees. There you go; they are done; now I am going to plate it on a bun with some lettuce and Mung bean sprouts on the side. And you can dress it with a little mustard or however you would like, a little Ginger, Sesame sauce. Enjoy! Thats how you make Hoisin Turkey Burgers.
