Kara Alford: Hi, I am Kara Alford from La Femme Wonderworks. Today, we are talking about How to dress professionally for an interview. Right now, we are going to talk about piercings and tattoos. I am offering a self expression; I have three holes in each ear and I have twenty tattoos, but when I am on a clients location or in the office, you'll never see them. So, unless you are applying for job at Borders, Mac or a tattoo shop, keep them covered up and limit the piercings to one ear.
Right now, we are going to talk about some dos and donts and Angela is going to be our model for our dont. You should never wear shorts to an interview, as well as anything low cut or revealing as the top that she has on; no noisy jewellery; she has bangles and big silver hoops, which she should keep them to small hoops or like the little studs she has in her ear. Dont wear gaudy jewellery and not only for women especially, not wearing hosiery unless you are in a very hot environment; it is not appropriate. So, and then also for dos, you want to remember to buy the best cloth that you can afford so, you dont have to repeat by more than once. You also have to remember to have everything clean and pressed so that and free from lint. Get a lint brush, brush everything off and you also want to remember to check your mirror back and front, going and coming so, you can make sure you have no lines or anything hanging out. And Just remember to relax and be yourself. Today, we talked about How to dress professionally for an interview. Now, you have all prepared to go out and get that job. Thanks for watching.
