Glenn Alpert: Hi, this is Glenn Alpert with Arlington Travel Soccer Club. We are discussing training with a partner and we are going to do a one touch passing exercise. Okay, so ready only one touch you can use a right or left foot, get nice and loose from the ball to your feet, good. This is kind of difficult to do on your own. If you don t have a training partner then maybe you can use a wall for this. Okay, now I am going to toss it into space for Adam. Good, so he has got to move to get the ball now. Okay, now we are going to use some other surfaces of the foot instead of only instead of only the inside. I am going to use a little bit of my laces, a little bit on the outside of my foot as well. Good, okay very good, alright so we have talked about one touch passing, now we are going to go into to some other training exercises.
