Glenn Alpert: Hey, this Glenn Alpert with Arlington Travel Soccer Club. We are now going to do a training exercise where there is one bounce between two players but each player has to take two touches. So, there is first touch, there is juggling incorporated to this exercise. So, you have now take two touches every time the ball comes to you.

Ready Adam, okay, take two touches, one and two, good one, two, bounce one, two, very good, come a little forward Adam, one two alright, one two, one, two, okay very good. So, next we are going to do some one versus one exercises.
