Host: How can we preserve our health in retirement?

David Marotta: It is important to have something that gets you out of the house everyday. This is the importance of having a social network that keeps you active. If you keep your mind active and you keep your body active, your health is going to follow along with it. So, during retirement, you need to ask the questions of; what am I going to do when I grow up now that I am retired? Start a new career, start a new business, travel and along this lines and that will keep you active during retirement and that will provide longevity.
