Jeff Thomas: Hi, my name is Jeff Thomas. I am a Mortgage Advisor with Family Lender Inc. Today, we are going discuss the home buying process and the process that you go through to apply for Mortgage. Like to tell you a little bit about myself, I have been in the Mortgage business for 15 years and I recently co-authored a book with Todd Ballenger called Borrow Smart Retire Rich. It's a seven step process which we will go over at the end of the video. Now, we are going to go over the different types of Mortgages.

Host: What types of Mortgages are available?

Jeff Thomas: There is basically three different types of mortgages that are out there, you have a principle interest or an amortizing loan, you have an interest only on interest first loan, then you have what we call deferred interest loan which we are not going to discuss here.
