Hi, I am Franklin Taggart. I am a guitar player and a guitar teacher. Ive played the guitar for over 30 years and I have taught hundreds of students how to play a basic beginning guitar. What I am going to be showing you in these sessions are some very basic guitar chords that you can use to play some popular standard songs. We are going to be learning how to play major chords, minor chords, a few seventh chords, and a few minor seventh chords. So, get ready, you will need to have your guitar, you will need to have your guitar in tune. If you play with a pick, get a pick; if you play with your fingers just strum with your thumb.
