Hi. My name is Margie Weiss. I have in the fitness business for a long time. As a child, I was an athlete and as an adult, I have been a national gymnastic coach, a gym owner and a group exercise director, as well as, an instructor. I have been a personal trainer for many years and one of the questions that I ask women when I have them in a group is what area of your body do you dislike the most. Nine out of ten women are going to say the glutes, the hips and the thighs. The area from the waist to the knees. So, we address this issue by putting together a workout. This specifically is designed to work that area. The name of the exercise and the name of the workout is Every Womens Fix-it Zone, glutes, thighs and hips. What you are going to need for this exercise? You are going to need from hand weights; you can buy these at a local store. They are not very expensive. I would suggest getting a five pound and a three pound. Together, obviously, they are going to make it eight pound. Youre going to get one for each hand so you are going to have two threes, and you are going two five. If we have a carpet or a mat thats great, but you can certainly do most of these exercises on a wood floor, in the gym or in your basement. You are going to need some shoes that are athletic. You are going to need some pants and a top that are movable, breathable that are fairly tight to your body, so that they dont get entangled when you do your work out. So, we are now going to start a workout thats called every womens fix-it zone.
